Important information:
All work will be agreed upon in writing prior to any work being begun. This is to protect both parties from
future conflicts. All paint colors will be tested and aproved by the customer in writing when painting is
started. Any color changes after being approved will result in additional charges for rework.
Flower colors vary from plant to plant and cannot be guaranteed.
At times we must use subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, and architectural work. We only use licensed and
insured contractors with a strong reputation for quality work.
We require a deposit for most jobs to cover the cost of materials. We do not mark up prices for materials.
Payment for labor is due upon completion of the job.
